Troy Polamalu must be a very reliable guy in his daily life, for he always could keep his own word.

He recovers very well from his knee injury, and he is told that he could take part in the practices ahead of the prediction and he also could present on the field in the new season. It would be must be very good news for all his fans and the fans of the Steelers, for the chance of winning the Super Bowl is increasing and maybe himself could also be the Pro Bowl this year!
